About Onyx Physical Therapy

Founded in 2012, Onyx Physical Therapy grew from a single treatment room near the Boise River Greenbelt to three clinics serving the Treasure Valley. Our founder, a former Bogus Basin ski patroller, saw how Idaho's active lifestyle demands specialized rehabilitation.

We combine evidence-based techniques with individualized care plans. Unlike high-volume clinics, our therapists spend 45 minutes with each patient to address root causes, not just symptoms.

From sponsoring little league teams in Meridian to hosting free mobility workshops at the Boise Public Library, we believe strong bodies build strong communities.
